Speaking is not so hard. Tasks 2 3 4 are all routines and tricks. Task 1 is not so hard… it seems.
Writing, leave it to the last one. The first one is interpreting, paraphrasing and summarizing, and the second one… I don’t know, but there’re probably useful materials collected before.
